ENGAGE

AEC Power Women kicked off the ENGAGE program (Educate, Network, Grow, Assist, Guide, Exchange Ideas) in April 2019. The program's goal is to create lasting professional relationships by sharing knowledge and experiences in small, intimate settings. Groups meet monthly, comprised of a mixture of established industry veterans and rising stars across a variety of disciplines and company types.

ENGAGE UPDATE: 

Engage will follow the calendar year starting in 2026. Sign up will begin in early December 2025 then the next ENGAGE kick off will be early 2026.

Current groups can continue to meet for as long as desired.
